Breathing, Relaxation, Posture and Sound

We will explore strategies to overcome nervousness, stress, performance pressure, practice boredom, and comparison with other musicians.

The foundation of all music is silence. We start with silence and return to silence. In that silence, the stillness of very few thoughts and relaxing the body puts us in the optimum state for performance.

In these sessions we can explore breathing techniques to change your physical and mental state. We can examine how posture affects your sound and approach, and many other ways to achieve flow state... being in the zone.

Don't worry, it will be a fun and enriching session.
